印度煎饼

上两个星期
我的食物服务实验主题是正餐
我的组当然跑不掉咯
做什么呢?
印度人的煎饼
Chapatti & Dhal
My last food service lab theme was main dish
This was what i had done

印度煎饼的材料
The raw ingredient to make chappati and dhal

从煎饼到加里酱料。。。都是一手包办的
The dough for chapatti

Dhal。。还蛮容易的啦
切粒 的马铃薯,萝卜,香料加进去。。。煮到烂透就好了
Dhal, its quite simple to make it.
Just threw in potatoes, carrots and some rempah and cooked with water

煎印度饼,好难熟啊,要煎很久。。。又要拿布压气。。。
The hardest section...fry the chapatti in griddle
Need to press it with cloth to let the air goes through and form bubble in chapatti
站着煎了50多片的煎饼。。。还好有LK 帮忙
Stood there fried more than 50 pieces chapatti...luckily i had some helpers...thanks LK :)
