Food service lab-- High tea

这是我第三次的food service lab,
我的第二次实验没上到， 因为新年回家过年啊
这次的主题是 High Tea，讲师教我们如何准备下午茶的美食咯.
This was my third food service lab.
I had missed out the 2nd lab as i was in Kl already,
prepared to celebrate my CNY.
The theme for this 3rd lab was high tea whereby
we were taught how to make dessert or tit bits for high tea.
As i said food service lab is always fun.

这就是这次做的吉兰丹美食的材料。。。kerabu taugeh
These are the raw ingredient for Kelantan delicacies...kerabu taugeh

这道菜肴蛮容易准备的
炒干椰丝和虾米，搅碎后，
放入大葱，豆芽，辣椒，酸酐, 红糖就完成了
It was quite easy to prepare this dish,
just goreng the coconut and dry shrimp
then mixed in onion, bean sprout, chillies,
limau kasturi and gula melaka to bring up the taste
Tong tong 肿虾米，我在一旁kacau
My friend, tong tong was grinding the dry shrimp, i was aside kacau-ing him

我有做工的啊， 忙着搅豆芽咯

这就是我的组准备给43位学生和讲师吃的kerabu taugeh
This is the end product which prepared by my group
we prepared it for 43 students and lecturers.
做完了我的kerabu， 我就跑去别组玩咯，
jasmine组做burger,当然要玩面粉玩个够咯！呵呵
After i finished my kerabu, playing with the dough in jasmine group...hehe

sambal汉堡包的制作过程
The process of the making of burger sambal
超好吃的pudding bread.
Beat eggs and milk and sugar.
Using a baking dish, layer the bread and add some raisins.
Then, layer another layer of bread on top.
Pour in the egg, milk and sugar mixture.
Leave them for a while until the bread is soaked through.
Bake in 200 deg celcius for about 20 minutes or until brown.

I didn't know pizza is one of the favourite choice for high tea
隆重介绍我的最爱巧克力布丁。用菜燕，牛奶和巧克力粉做成的
This is nice! Made by agar powder, milk and cocoa powder.
All time favourite!
