神户牛肉 Kobe Beef

年初五
美国的姑姑要吃泰国餐
可是由于昨晚和 Siu 吃了 Khuntai
就跟表哥表嫂去吃日本餐
和表嫂的感情不错的哦
每次来回沙巴吉隆坡都会短讯让她知道下
当晚, 飞了爸妈
来到了Cititel Hotel的日本餐厅
这是第二次来
怀念的还是那神户牛肉!

神户牛被人像宠物那样养,有出生证明,好几页纸,其中盖戳的地方盖的是牛鼻子印。那种香而不腻、入口即化的感觉,能让人不忍停箸。不过,如果你知道了神户牛是喝着啤酒、享受着按摩长大的,就不会奇怪这美味从何而来了。
据农场主介绍,因为牛长到一定程度会出现食欲减退,所以他们会喂自家的爱牛喝啤酒以增进食欲。此外,为了帮助牛减轻“精神压力”、安心成长,养牛人还会定期用梳子给牛做按摩,用烧酒涂抹其毛皮,据说这样可以加强牛的血液循环,使皮下脂肪更均匀.
Kobe beef is a special grade of beef from (Wagyu) cattle raised in Kobe, Japan. These cattle are massaged with sake and are fed a daily diet that includes large amounts of beer. This produces meat that is extraordinarily tender, finely marbled, and full-flavored. Some producers in Japan believe that haircoat and softness of skin are related to meat quality. It's believed brushing the haircoat with sake improves the appearance and softness of the animal

鱼皮很有弹性,里头的肉柔而不腻
I was told there are two types of Unagi, one imported from Japan and one from China
The one we normally eat are mostly from China.
This is Japan Unagi, the outer layer skin of it for sure is more tender than China,
the texture is more juicy and retain the sweet taste in it
